Who We Are

We are Euze Property Solutions, a painting and finishing crew serving homes and businesses across Chicago. We started five months ago with a simple goal. Show up, do clean work, and leave the space better than we found it. Our team handles both residential and commercial projects, and we treat a single accent wall with the same care as a full building repaint.

Our core work is interior painting and exterior painting, but we do far more than roll walls. We handle drywall installation for new construction, room additions, and basement finishing. We do cabinet painting to refresh a kitchen without a full remodel. When wood needs protection, we take care of deck staining and fence staining so surfaces hold up through Chicago winters. We also offer paint stripping to clear old, failing coats before we start fresh.

Beyond that, we repair the things that get overlooked. We fix holes, cracks, dents, nail pops, and water damage, then handle the taping, mudding, sanding, and texture matching so the repairs disappear. We also do plaster wall and ceiling repair for older homes that need surface restoration. Every project gets a custom estimate based on its size and scope, because no two rooms are the same.
